From a small group meeting in Junction, Texas in 1936, to the new Millinium of 2000, the Hill Country Firemen's Association has changed with the times, yet retained the many traditions of Firefighters that our Fathers and Grandfathers passed on. We gather as a group of brothers and sisters to have a morning business meeting and then test our skills with the evening pumper races. We laugh and have a good time, yet on September 11, 2001, we cried for our fellow brothers and sisters on the other side of this great land.
